The entire process really depends on the current market. You may find your home immediately or it could take a while but once you find your home, it will generally take between 14-30 days to close.

In nearly all instances, the seller is paying all agent compensation in the transaction. In the event a seller is not offering to pay my entire compensation, you would be responsible for the difference. If we ever come across a property where the seller is not covering the entirety of my compensation I will let you know beforehand. You will never be surprised by how I’m getting paid or by whom, promise!

You can, but a seller most likely will not go under contract with a party that hasn’t been pre-approved for a loan.

The closing attorney represents the lender. They are not affiliated directly with the buyer or the seller or any broker involved. It is their job to make sure that the transfer of ownership is legal and that the bank is making a sound decision lending you the money to pay for it.
