Depending on our strategy, how aggressive we handle pricing, and what the market is like in your neighborhood - you can expect for your home to be on the market anywhere from 1-30 days, on average. From “under contract” to SOLD with cash in your account - anywhere from 14-30 days is typical in the Atlanta market at the moment.
